I'm delighted to announce that Eco-Eye presenter, Duncan Stewart, has graciously agreed to launch my campaign for me with a public talk on Wednesday, April 23rd at The Graduate Pub in Killiney at 7:30pm. The event will be opened by our own fearless Green Party Leader and MEP Candidate for Dublin, Mr. Eamon Ryan, and of course I'll be saying a few words and hoping to meet as many constituents as possible afterwards!
It's been my pleasure to work alongside Duncan over the years in our mutual efforts to improve climate change awareness in Ireland, and it's a true honour to have him endorse my campaign so significantly through this event. Duncan is an award-winning architect, specialising in ecological design and energy and Ireland's most-trusted TV personality with respect to environmental issues due to his highly successful programme, Eco-Eye. On the night, Duncan will offer advice and answer questions on the topic of building resilience in our local homes and community, including improving energy efficiency, water conservation, and preparing for future climate and weather.
